FileTuner by default takes all the files from your DCT as available for selecting. You may want to always skip some of them (So they not even appear on the list).
For that purpose, enter your DCT, select the file(s) you want to skip, and use the "Properties" option (Alt-Enter, or secondary mouse button then "properties", or the icon in the toolbar).
Select the "Options" tab, secondary mouse button then "insert", as shown below;
The following window pop up; select the "Boolean" option, and type "FTSkip" in the "Label" entry space.
Then, select the new line in the "Options" Tab and "check" the "FTSkip" checkbox so it is activated.
If everything is ok, the "Options" Tab should look as follows:
