If you choose the "template" drawing borders, you may specify rounded border corners, the color of the border and it thickness (width).
When you use a "borderless" button, with the options above you will see a button like this one:
With the "Draw border to buttons" option, it will look like this:
If you also set the "Rounded border" option, it will look like this:
You can change the border color, for example, to Color:gray:
And, you can change the border width. For example, combining a maroon color with a 2 width border:
