Entering the "Exceptions" button, you will find the following window:
The buttons that are NOT at least these values for height or width are NOT added with a graphic by the template. If you left these values blank, then ALL buttons should take a graphic.
For example, if you enter "10" in width, all the buttons wider than 10 pixels would take the graphic.
You can override the exceptions locally for each procedure.
