Using Clarion's resize extension, the template fully supports the "spread" or "surface" configuration, but currently it does not support the "resize" setting. If your windows use the "resize" setting, the buttons will show out of place when you resize the window. If that is the case, replace the "resize" setting by either "spread" or "surface".

In Clarion 6.x, you may consider using different Fonts to resize the whole window.
