Some controls does not print

Check Controls without equate. You can see this problem even in SV's examples, where many times some Tabs have no equate, and therefore are not printed. When a Tab have no equate, all its child controls may not print either.

Also check the Controls Supported matrix, your Global Setup to check for skipped options and your local Excluded controls.
