This option should be activated only in a multi-dll system, in the main data-dll app, only when needed.
If your app is going to generate an "exe" program, this option is not visible.
In some apps, when using other 3rd parties templates (see Dictionary Enhancement Foundation (DET/DEF)), some changes in the global area prevent the export lists and procedures to be generated, therefore you won't be able to successfully compile a multi-dll project.
Activating this option force those to be generated.
