FullRecord allows the recording of ALL the operations on your file system and therefore easily answering all these questions and many more! You are covered in any aspect that involves lack of confidence from your customer; with FullRecord you can prove your user what happened with his data. You can recover lost or deleted information, analyze operation sequences to optimize the system work, find operational errors and educate the user to improve the use of the system, and even detect data sabotage attemps.
FullRecord consists on a template that implements the automatic recording of all the changes to files (inserts, changes and deletes), either generated by templates or by hand-coded procedures. Auxiliaries procedures allow inspecting the audit records, as well as recovering lost or changed information. The impact on your system is minor. |

The global variables needed are defined in your own dictionary (you can copy and paste them from the examples, or import them from the TXD provided), so you can customize the system to work with any security system that provides a user identification (user name, user number, etc.), which will be registered in the audit file with each record. | |
You don't need to record all the files? No problem. You can select to record all the fields of all the files of your system with just one click, and you can also select which files to record to the audit file (see the on-line documentation, in PDF format too), therefore you can select just one file if you need only that. |

Records anything you need! |
You can manually record important points of your system (buttons pressed, procedures entering or exiting, passing by a particular embed point, local variables values, etc.), thus having a valuable source of investigation to find out exactly how your user is using your system. You will see this special information in the general log between the other audit information, and you can easily search for it if needed. | |

| While FullRecord 1.x audits any ABC operation but legacy operations needs additional code, FullRecord 2 is fully automatic and audits any file access (either ABC or Legacy) without need of any additional effort. On the other side, FullRecord 2 works with clarion 6.x and later only (it is not compatible with Clarion.5.5). |
